The event will start with a brief introduction to CBD massage, featuring Perfect Plant Hemp Co’s “Fire & Earth” Warming Muscle Rub led by Lauren Gustafson. Post-massage guests will be encouraged to enjoy their Full Spectrum CBD gummies so they will be in full “flow state” by the end of their flow. Next, dive into a 45 minute Flow Yoga session led by Jennifer Estevez 500 RYT Advanced Yoga Instructor and Advanced Sommelier. Post flow you should be thirsty and your CBD gummies will have you vibing. To wrap up we will enjoy a glass (or two) of Tribaut Champagne with a toast and final words from Certified Sommelier Mikayla Avedisian-Cohen.

I am a cannabis entrepreneur, project manager, part-owner of Perfect Plant™ Hemp Co. With 10+ years of experience working in the industry, I began by working in process facilities managing harvest crews and eventually cultivation operations in Northern California. Currently, I am the general manager of both Perfect Plant™ brick and mortar stores here in Nashville, while being a mother. CBD cannabis has helped me to live a more balanced healthy life and I am excited to be helping others in the same way. Mikayla Avedisian-Cohen – OMvino

A native New Yorker, Mikayla is a certified sommelier who has been in the wine profession since earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Her career in wine began in New York City working for hospitality icon, Danny Meyer. After four years she moved west where she spent three years on the sommelier team at The French Laundry until taking over the wine program at Dominique Crenn’s Petit Crenn. During her three-year tenure Mikayla assumed the dual role of Wine Director and General Manager. Her wine program received great recognition including the esteemed ‘Jury Prize’ from the World of Fine Wine.
