- Bob Hoban sits at the center of the world’s largest commercial cannabis industry network. - Julie Lerner is the founder and CEO of PanXchange, a web-based negotiation and trading platform for physical commodities. Lerner has deep experience in regional and international agricultural and energy markets. She has worked for Cargill International, XL Financial, and Sempra Energy Trading (electricity). Geographically, her area of expertise covers the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and East Africa. She advises several early-stage companies from the perspective of an entrepreneur to an angel investor, and from smallholder farmers to Fortune 100 executives.
- Kim Harris began her crop insurance career as an agent for Farm Credit in 2002, serving growers in western Illinois. In 2008, she accepted the Underwriting Manager position for a large general agency that provided a full range of services for 100+ crop insurance agents across the Midwest. That agency merged with AgriLogic Insurance Services, LLC in 2011, and Kim transitioned into the role of National Trainer for the company, overseeing the training needs for crop insurance agents across the country. During her tenure with ALIS, she also served as Director of Key Projects and Director of Underwriting for the company. In January of 2018, AgriLogic Insurance Services, LLC was purchased by Diversified Crop Insurance Services while AgriLogic Consulting, Inc. spun off as an independent entity. Kim moved into the role of Senior Policy Analyst for AgriLogic Consulting, Inc. where she serves as a project manager responsible for the development and submission of innovative products for the Federal crop insurance program as well as public and private risk management initiatives across the United States and abroad.
