Hemp University’s New Leaf Symposium

Let’s kick off the new cultivation cycle with the energy of regeneration and renewal!

The Symposium will be held from 11 AM to 7 PM at the Schoolhaus Ballroom and will feature all the great & valuable content, networking & community that are the hallmarks of Hemp University. A special feature this edition will be the Golden Grow Awards – recognizing, voting and awarding the best smokeable hemp flowers in the state!

3) 12:20 – 1:00- COURTNEY MORAN & MATT CYRUS (Oregon Industrial Hemp Farmers Assoc.) – “Collective Action for the Strength of our Industry” – Hemp Association Organizer and top industry lobbyist on building a strong coalition for the advancement of our industry.

4) 1:00 – 1:30 – Networking, Hemp Flower Exhibit & People’s Choice Voting, Buffet

5) 1:30 – 2:10 GREEN LIGHT LAW GROUP – “Contracts 101 – Your Best Protection Against Fraud & Loss” – Simple legal steps to protect your investment.

6) 2:10 – 2:40 Networking, Hemp Flower Exhibit & People’s Choice Voting, Buffet

7) 2:40 – 3:20 – PANEL DISCUSSION (Tom Lauerman, Amy Parscal, Paul Kodiak, Peter Delong, Paul Murdoch, Kerry Herndon) – “Lessons Learned from 2019, Ways Forward”. Taking the hard lessons of 2019 and plotting better strategies for 2020.

8) 3:20 – 3:50 – Networking, Hemp Flower Exhibit & People’s Choice Voting ENDS, Buffet

9) 3:50 – 4:30 BILL KELLY (CannaBusiness Development) – “Business Planning 101 – PLAN to SUCCEED” Set goals, align your resources, & take steps to success!

12) 5:40-6 PM – Results of the Solidarity Fundraiser with Mark Taylor (Southern Oregon Hemp Co-Op)

12) 6-7 PM – The Golden Grow Awards! Recognizing & Awarding Excellence in Hemp Flower!
